Can’t actually speak to anyone and the digital always hang up

If you're able to tell us a little more about what you need help with here, please do so we can help. If you'd rather not, can you tell us a bit more about what happens when you get through to our team on webchat here - are you speaking to an agent then it disconnects?

Alternatively, have you tried calling 333 from a Three phone or 0333 338 1001 to speak with someone on the phone?

Correct;if you’re pay monthly then yes,speak to someone. Unfortunately if you’re payg it’s live chat which isn’t so hot.

With great respect I also am a pay monthly customer and can always get through to customer service. Are you sure you’re not dialling the speaking clock? I’m not saying I always get the help I need but I can always connect a call to them.

If “ the digital always hang up” refers to live chat then it leads me to think your signal isn’t good and you should try connecting using WiFi.
