Unable to receive calls from other networks

I am currently unable to receive calls from any other network but three, I can still make calls and receive text messages from all networks. Has anyone ever experienced this and how was it resolved?

Have you just ported your number into Three from another network?

It is always worth putting you SIM into another 'phone, and putting a SIM from another network into your 'phone.

That helps to narrow it down as to whether its a SIM or a handset problem.

I have the exact same issue. I can make calls, i can send and receive texts but i cannot receive calls from non Three networks. I tried calling myself from EE and it just goes straight to busy signal. I think it started 2-3 days ago.

I put my sim in my wife’s phone and same issue, goes straight to busy signal.

I suspect that you both need to contact customer services then, as that sounds like something in your call settings.

Generally this sort of issue only happens in connection with numbers ported between networks. Did we issue your phone numbers from Three, or did you bring the number from another provider?

@smartins when did the issue start, was it also in the last few days?
