I can’t have a conversation on the phone as I keep breaking up, ‘three’ shows no problems at my address!. Visited my local phone shop who told me there is a problem with three and people have been in to complain.
I’ve checked OFCOM coverage checker as suggested in another post but there appears to be no problem reported! What can I do?

Hi there, Noiff.
Calls breaking up, that's got to be frustrating! I'm sorry to hear you're having such an issue.
It seems like you've been getting a bit of different information on the issue. If you're having the issue in just a specific area, then it might point to an issue in that area. But if you're having the issue in multiple locations, a localised fault wouldn't explain the issue you're having.
Also, is it the user on the other end that's breaking up, or are they telling you that you are breaking up?
Pete.

I am also getting this issue and it's them telling me I'm breaking up. It's when I call out there is a fault. But when I receive a call from them the line is fine

Hey,
That's not great knowing you're having these issues too! Is this happening with certain numbers or in a certain area?
In the meantime, our Customer Service Team can take a look into this for you, and run some diagnostics.
Maxine

No this happens everywhere and to any number. My partner is also having the same issues. It's only when we call out to them. If they contact us via their line there is no issue as far as I'm aware.
