ZTE 5g router issues yet again. Showing connected to 5g but no 5g network info and 4g speeds!

Have just about had it with this router. Please see image for the current data showing. 

 

For the last two weeks, the white lights are all on, showing a 5g connection, the main router page is also showing 5g... however there is no 5g connection in the network information and the speeds are really slow. 

Please see images below... 

Customer service have as usual been unable to help. 

 

Any advice? Have tried a reset already...

 

The device does have the most recent update... .0B15

I'm sorry your broadband experience is starting to feel a little frustrating. Has this been the case since you started using the router, or is this a recent change?

Can you see any updates listed on our network status checker for your address?
When you spoke to our customer service team, did they advise of any current issues with the masts in your area?

Still the same issue, says connected via 5g however, only 4g in the network information and 5g info is blank
