text message explaining works in area

Kimmyfitz
Regular

So normally I get a message from three when they are doing work in the area and its likely to effect my network coverage but lately I haven't been receiving these and had to then go onto the site and manually find out if there is a problem in the area.

Has anyone else noticed lack of messages lately?

Hey Kimmy

This may be because the text messages are normally based on the local mast to your post code your registered at at the work may be on another local mast so didn’t generate the text

The website has a section for any work going on and if it’s been a while you can always call 333 and speak to Technical Support who will have more up to date information on your area and what’s happening 😁
