Blank screen on three app when logging in

when i try to log into the three app my screen goes blank, and when i try to log into the website you get the three blue circles to show it’s loading but nothings happening. I’ve read that alot of iphone users have struggled with this in the past week, i just wanted to know is there a fix for it

Can't get into my account  keeps saying error and been like that for 3 months very poor service

Are you able to access your account on the website?

Could you also confirm the make/model of your device, as well as your current software settings, please?

Have you tried updating your software to the latest version on your phone? After i had done so myself i found everything was working fine including My3 app & website page.

Do you have Chrome on your iPhone? If so, could you try that out to see if that works?

I have iPhone 6S. It has been three app when blank for over a month now. How do I have to do ? Maybe delete app and download new one again from App Store ?

Hi have you tried updating your phone to the lasted software? I found this corrected my issue with both My3 app & website in which i’m able to use once again with no problems.

Checked the my3 app and I'm still having this problem, has been this way for months, I have an iPhone 13 pro and have tried to log on in safari too which does the same.

I am able to login on a pc on Microsoft edge.
