If you want to use Carrier billing to charge services onto your phone bill, you can. If you're on Pay As You Go, you won't be able to do that.

We'd appreciate some clarification on your query. Are you referring to the payment option of using your phone contract to complete a payment, where the amount paid is added to your next monthly phone bill?

Any options for this would be at the discretion of the service provider, and Three are unable to directly authorise this.

I’m having the same problem! It let me do a small amount once a few weeks a go and hasn’t let me since! I worked for Vodafone for years up until recently so I’ve obviously checked the adult content and the spend cap. It just comes up with this: on the payment page when I try:

Your Three account has Three Pay and allows you to make payments to 3rd party services using your credit or phone bill. Can you confirm what happens when you're trying to deposit?

That I reach my limits when ever my limit is 100£ and only spend 5£ of it

It's likely that your credit limit on the account, which isn't user accessible, is set to a smaller amount. To get that limit checked and changed, reach out to the Support Team where they can access the account and look into it.
