Hi there, I rang he other day to change the direct debit details as my dad had originally opened this account. The gentleman changed the direct debit detail but said he couldn't help me change the email address and password, I had to do this online. I really can't work out how to do this. I have what's supposed to be the log in email and password to get into the account and change the details but this isn't working either. Please could you advise?

I think there might have been some confusion on the advisers side. The email address can't be updated on the user side.
The support team can update the email address. If you're also looking to set up a My3 account, they can reset this so that you can re-register for My3 using the email address you've updated to on the phone/chat with the adviser. As part of the re-registration process, you'll also set up a new Password.
