My Go Roam ATW pass won’t access internet

I’m currently in the US.  I have an iPhone 15 Pro.  I received a text to say my go roam pass had activated but am not able to access the internet.  Any advice appreciated at it’s extremely frustrating. Have turned phone off and on etc manually chooses network provider to T Mobile.  All other manual network options only allow sos calls.

That's quite strange. I hope you managed to get the Data working. 

If not, can you confirm if you are able to make calls and send text messages?

Hi Pete, maybe you can help me as I am having the same problem but the live chat team have not been able to help - two have disconnected from me without resolving the issue or acknowledging this.  Calls and messages are sometimes working and all my settings are correct having been confirmed by the team four times!

I am at the point of making a formal complaint and for breach of contract understanding.

You need to contact customer services here. Maybe roaming needs to be switched on/off on your account.
