I don't know why they thought we would prefer them randomly taking away the voucher and replacing it with a weird wheel, where we might not even win something of equal value to the voucher? This sucks, is this a weekly thing, will our cafe nero fate be left up to this ominous wheel every week, or will we return to normalcy? and so if WHEN?? please don't take away this weekly reward because quite frankly it's one of if not only reason I stay with this miserly provider because the quality of service definitely does not speak for itself, all the other offers are quite rubbish and the cafe nero one was a gem amongst tomfoolery. Is this a sick joke? A festive thing? Well it's not funny nor does it put me in the christmas spirit.
