SPENDING CAPS CHANGED ON ALL ACCOUNTS!

Why is no one talking about this and why are three getting away with it? Thought it was sus myself and my mums spending caps of £0 that was set when setting up contract have now all of a sudden disappeared and we have both been charged extra on our bills! Seems to have happened to a lot of people, this is a scam! No info, no warning to say your spending cap changed to unlimited. Something needs to be done!

Mine was set by me at £5 many moons ago and remains at that level today. I can’t believe that Three would change a spending cap and so I reject your scam assertion. Your best bet would be to call customer service on 333. That would be more productive than sounding off on this forum.
