So each month this nonsense expires and doesn't renew for hours, leaving a window during which I get charged if now careful. Well I learnt to be careful and not use the phone from the period of midnight to whenever I get the renewed message.##Except today I have been charged for calls BEFORE the allowance expired. And to add insult to injury the site is screwed up and I cant top up.
