Didn’t pass credit check to upgrade

My pay monthly contract is about to expire and I didn’t pass a credit check to upgrade when im coming up to the end of a 3 year contract so what happens to my phone number and what should I do about renewing

Device upgrade

Hi, I'm due to upgrade on 13th July. Can you tell me if you get credit checked for an upgrade. I've been with Three since 2017. If I fail the credit check, is there a way to appeal the decision? Thanks

Login fail

When I try to log in to phone account a text is sent to my internet mobile data router number which I can't access so I can't log in. Can't find any way to change this

Hi, I would like to change my plan, I no longer need the benifits of the plan I am on so would to downsize to pay less each month.

Can’t login

I woke up this morning to see I had a message with an issue number. It said I had to login to view it so I tried on the app but my account was blocked and needed details. App then said there was technical problems. I’m not sure what to do
