For some reason I am unable to apply any add-on via the app or website. The boxes for "add" are all greyed out and when I press on it it says "We can’t complete this action for <my number>". I managed to top up via the phone and then tried to apply an add-on which said over the phone it worked but now instead of applying it all my calls and data have just eaten into my credit, very very frustrating. Can someone help?
