so on my bill there’s 2 sim cards my dads sim card works but when i try call it just says i have an outstanding balance of 23 pound but when i check my allowance it’s says i have “all you can eat calls all you can eat data and all you can eat texts” and my mobile data doesn’t work either any help?

Sorry to hear that there's been an issue with your billing or payments.
In terms of your allowances, it sounds like the message is confirming what allowances your priceplan includes, that message won't change if it's a temporary suspension due to overdue balance.
If you've just recently paid the balance and it was overdue at the time, it's usually 4 hours for services to restore, and certainly no more than 24 hours. You may need to switch the phone off and on again, this isn't always required but it can help your SIM sync up with the network again.
If your balance is definitely paid and you're still not getting service, we'd need to take a closer look at your account. There's info on getting in touch here.

Does you bill give any details of charges you may have unwittingly accrued? Has anything slipped through on 3pay? Also, daft question but check that you have enabled mobile data as it's possible it has been turned off.
