Hello,
I recently got a 5G Hub with a sim and I am trying to register it for a My3 account so I can see my bills, account etc
I have entered the sim number via the app and desktop and on both occasions have been told I will receive a text message to that number with a temporary password to create my account.
This is fine, however, how do I receive a text from a sim that is located in the 5g hub?? There is no email option to receive a message etc so I am a bit stuck?
Unless I am missing something and I have checked what I think is required, I could do with some help or suggestions as to what I need to do?
Cheers.

You can also send SMS messages via Router portal, using your PC keyboard; depending on your package, this could be at no cost 🙂

Hi @Ashbo,
Which 5G Hub are you referring to? the Zyxel NR5103E?
If so then you can view the text messages from the admin portal:
Menu Icon (Top Right) > Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular SMS (Tab)
Cheers

Hey buddy,
Thanks for the reply.
I think my router is the MC801A from memory. Im not at home atm so I can't check.
Not sure if that has a similar feature??

Yes it does as far as I'm aware (but never used one).
Its probably hidden under some advanced options/settings section or something!
