5G home broadband slower than mobile phone 5G

Been noticing the last week or 2 that my home 5G broadband has been terribly slow with high ping and 20-30Mbps download speeds but when running a speedtest from my mobile phone which is also on 3 5G - I'm getting 300-400Mbps download speeds with 20ms ping. Is this something other users have experienced and can offer any advice on next steps to resolving this? Does this sound like the Hub itself as the fault?

I can understand your concern with the drop in speeds, especially if you've noticed that your data speeds have remained consistent.

Have you tried to put the Hub SIM card into your phone and completed another speed test? This might be helpful with clarifying if it's an issue with the Hub itself.

Has the Coverage and Network Status checker offer any additional info on potential issues in your area?

On occasions when I have suffered periods of high ping I have been able to resolve it by rebooting the hub to get a different WAN IP address.

I haven't had ping problems for several months.

I've tried resetting the router a few times now, seems to be the same result as before. After consistently doing speed tests I've had 1 in 10 match my phones download and ping, every other one is far slower. Could this be 3 throttling my device or settings on the device itself affecting the speeds/ping?
