L2TP VPN Connection being blocked

Hi,  

So i have the ZTE MC801A Router.  I have to use an L2TP VPN to connect to a particular project.  I have used the router to work on this project about 3-6 months ago, but this week every day i've tried it will not work.  It works for everyone else,and it works via my 4G on my Phone when i tether, so there has to be an issue somewhere with Three or this Router.  Might anyone have any suggestions how I can fix this as it's making me unable to work on the project.

Does the info on FYI : IPv6 Prevented VPN Connection help solve this?

Router is ZTE. 

I changed APN as follows and it worked, now I'm able to connect to my office VPN.
