Three inability to solve sim connectivity to web sites

I have 3 sims from Three, one is in an iPhone, one in an iPad, the third is in a Three router. All are data enabled monthly contracted items. Why do two connect to a web site without any issue, ever, but the router sim connected for 2 years, then stopped connecting to the site. I got the parental controls removed and it connected, for a week, then stopped connecting again. Three 'support' were unable to resolve the issue despite spending an hour on it. I was assured that all parental controls have been removed for all sims.

It is beyond belief that three sims, pinging the same tower, cannot access the same site. Do Three know what they are doing? Am now looking at deals elsewhere as I have lost faith in Three's technical ability. Has anyone any ideas as to how to get Three to actually resolve issues?
