Unable to Change Wi-Fi Name or Password on 5G Hub

5G Hub arrived this weekend and all working well, but I am unable to change the Wi-Fi name from the default. I get an error when changing the password, even though I have a strong password (green) meeting all the relevant character criteria. Tried via both the main Wi-Fi option on the main app menu, plus via the Advanced Features admin web page, all to no avail.

Firmware= V1.00(ACBJ.0)b14

Tried a push bottom button full reset.

I've changed the admin password no problem.

Thanks in advance.

Ian.

Found the answer. Need to go into the top-right menu that appears when you access Advanced Features from the main app. Then select Network Setting and go from there....main app doesn't want to seem to play ball at that higher level. Anyway, sorted now and will leave post in case it helps others.

Hi how did you change the Internet pass word. I can't even get in to mine as it won't load via the http:/192.168.0.1

Any ideas welcome 🙏

Thanks dan

Not sure how I do that? I can't see such an option or similar. I notice it's now marked "star" best solution? Perhaps someone has labelled this already? Thanks.

Hi @TaylorRB23,

There's a "Three 5G Broadband" App which you can download to help manage your router settings from your phone.

Thanks,
Jonathan
