Hello, my ZTE MC801A 5G is 3 months old and is very good apart speed fluctuations at times, which is to be expected and difficulties finding web addresses, where it seems sluggish. My firmware version is:
Software = BD_H3GUKMC888V1.0.0B02
Hardware = MC888HWV1.0.0
Could anyone please let me know if that is the very latest version. When I click Update, it says there is no update available.
Also, is there a way to enter a public DNS, eg 8.8.8.8 (Google), as I suspect that the Three DNS lookup is taking some time hence long time lags getting to a web address. I cannot locate this setting and so could you let me know how to enter them.
Has there been any update on the possibility of providing a router 'landline'?
