Had the hub since 10/2022 and worked fine good 5g connection and down/upload speeds in the 100s MB/s. In late May started working intermittently and now almost totally unusable w speeds around 1 or 2 MB/s at best if anything. Have reset, checked coverage etc etc. I note a number of others having the same issue from the same time - what's going on??

The number of users in your area, and therefore contention has grown so much since lockdown that most Three 5G network areas don't have enough capacity to deal.
Three have continued to rake in huge profits whilst under-investing in the network, the old privatisation shuffle as it's known.
You'll keep paying, they'll fill their pockets, your service won't improve.
