Hey wondering if you could help! I’ve recently bought a new sim and a new Apple Watch and I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve been into store and I’ve raised 2 complaints, I’ve had 4 hour long phone calls and yet the problem is still not resolved.
The problem being that my watch’s cellular isn’t connecting to the network!
No one can seem to help. Is there anything anyone can do? I really don’t have time for another call.

This sounds really frustrating. I'll do my best to help. Can you let me know a little bit more about the error. There's a few different situations that can cause issues with pairing. What error message do you see when you try to pair your Apple Watch?

Please take a look at the sticky thread, there’s a huge number of people with this issue in their awaiting further help, many of whom (myself included) have done all the steps you’ve given, spent many hours on webchat and still not gotten a solution.
