5G Monopole still not live!

A 5g monopoly was installed some time ago in ME72PZ but it's still not live and 3g is being turned off soon.  Can I ask when it will go live please.

Hi @Sja0001,

Here's a link to some info about our plans to switch off 3G. When you check coverage in a particular postcode on our Coverage Checker, you should also see the current estimate for when 3G will be switched off in the area. The checker defaults to showing 4G, but if you select 3G you'll get more info about the switch off.

We don't have access to the dates when a particular mast will go live from the community team, however you can register your interest in 5g here.
