Bad reception and no internet in NW10

Hi

It has been 4 days now that I have got no internet in NW10. What is going on?

Since saturday morning 29/4 all is see is generic "We are fixing and issue in your area" automatically updated every 15 minutes. How much longer is it going to take???

I'm sorry to hear you've been facing these disruptions the last few days, have you seen any improvements yet? Did you contact customer services about this, if so what have they advised?
