Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm รowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. โฏWe continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.
Thanks,
Danni

Experiencing the same thing today. 4G finally seems to be working. Has really affected my ability to work this morning as the train WiFi was down, so I couldnโt use my iPhone hotspot.

Same here! Iโm retired so not impacted as much as some but to try to make a call and have to jiggle aeroplane mode on and off multiple times is a pain. Ironically my Three broadband is working fine!๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Iโm afraid your title should read Network issues 9/10/11 and now 12th February. It really isnโt good enough. We all know networks have issues and crap happens in life but this really has gone on too long. Even when I put my correct postcode into the network checker it doesnโt recognise it. Something has seriously gone awry.

I have a ZTE5G router & it's showing white power & Wifi lights with a red network light. I can login to the router but it shows an X through the network connection - no internet. I have powered on and off several times and reseated the SIM a few times too. I've check the network status for my postcode &it tells me no problems have been reported. Any ideas please? Thanks.

I finally got through to Three support yesterday evening. It turns out that after I took out & re-inserted the SIM card on day 1, I had put it back in the wrong way round! So, I had a brief outage to begin with, that was probably sorted early on, but the rest of the downtime was because of my own finger trouble! Good luck everyone else.
