I've just returned from abroad and now I can no longer access 4g or 5g. I can only get H+ which is painfully slow. I was using an esim whilst abroad, my phone (Samsung S21 ultra) also did an update whilst I was away. I don't know if either of those could affect it?
I've tried playing with the Apn settings but it makes me difference.
