Cannot access my data in europe

My husband and I are travelling in Germany.  He has been here for 2 months and all of a sudden he cannot access his mobile data.   He is being asked to sign into a network and then receives a notification that he has used up his data even though on the 3 app it says he still has over 9gb remaining.  Can anyone help? 

Posting this on his behalf as he has no access to his data.

Welcome to the Three Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your husband is having issues using data. It sounds like he may have reached the fair use policy for our Go Roam services. Roaming is only permitted for 2 months in a rolling 12 month period. Has he received any messages to advise of a suspension of roaming services?
