GET OFF THREE ASAP - I HAVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 12 YEARS NOW AND I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS BECAUSE OF “AHH WE HAD A SILLY LITTLE TECHNICAL PROBLEM” EVERYTIME I TRY ENTER MY CARD NUMBER AND PAY - I AM A GROWN ADULT ITS RIDICULOUS YOU EXPECT ME TO GO WITHOUT A PHONE FOR 5 DAYS AWFUL COMPANY STAYYYYY AWAY - SHOULD I GET THREE? NOOO! THREE RECEPTION/SERVICE QUALITY? AWFUL! HALF THE UK COULDNT EVEN MAKE A CALL EARLIER THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS! JOKEMEN STAY AWAY!!!!!! I WISH I GOT MY IPHONE 16 PRO FROM EE NOW I DONT BUY A NEW IPHONE EVERY YEAR FOR THIS BS AND TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS

You’re not corresponding like a grown adult. The fact that you’ve been with Three for twelve years has absolutely no bearing on your current situation. If you’re trying to leave without paying early termination fees then why not simply ask them. Crap happens and no company can guarantee service all the time. I don’t believe you were without service for so long a time (my service was down for around eleven hours) and I feel you’re exaggerating things (coupled with the laughable capitalised posting) for your own gain. Remember we are all customers like you so if you have a gripe then speak to customer service and whilst they’re a long way from perfection perhaps a more measured and polite tone would get you further than the laddish scrabble I’m replying to.

When I had problems - I went to EE - been with EE for over a year now & so happy I did ….

Hey there.
Going without your phone for 5 doesn't sound ideal at all. It's disappointing to hear you're having issues getting the payment made due to a technical issue. I'm unsure what would be causing that.
You can register a complaint about the experience through the Complaint Page, and hopefully the team can figure out what's causing that. There's a few different ways a payment can be made as well, so it might be worth having a look at the other Ways to Pay to se if any of them fit your needs.
