Using Data Passport whilst abroad. Have activated hotspot. However other devices 'connects' to the hotspot, but there is no Internet.and it does not actually connect. In UK, the hotspot works fine. Am I missing something?

Check in the Three app that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and check with Customer Services that your credit limit isn't set to £1

Many thanks for the quick & helpful reply. Spend Cap is not zero and should be able to accommodate the Data Passport. Not sure about the credit limit. What is the best way to get connected with Customer Services whilst abroad?
