I been using three network for more than 2 years, and I’m facing network

issues since last month and i wad calling them they just connect it with others, and don’t know what they exactly doing. 
really disappointed

Check the network status for your postcode. Could be maintenance or a fault with the mast in your area.

What gadget are you using ? There have been some reports of the last firmware update on the NR5103E causing issues. Are you using 5g broadband or mobile data on your 'phone ?
