No service unless im on wifi calling

for the last few days ive had no service unless i have wifi calling enabled. no issues with the phone. pone is reading the sim fine, done everything i can find. anyone able to help?

Check out the Network Status Checker, as this will shed light on any work going on in the area or reported issues 3 are aware of.
