Started porting process in store on tuesday 5th march. Hadn't happened by 6th so called up, was told to wait 24 hours. called on 7th, was told a ticket had been raised and to wait 24 hours. Called back today, no such ticket had been raised. Now been asked to wait another 24-48 hours to be advised. This really isn't great service.
