Hi
Can anyone help or suggest what to do next. I’m new to Three. Situation is I purchased 2 business sims from an authorised Three Partner. One sim was data only and the other sim an unlimited data, calls and texts. I provided the partner a PAC code to port my valuable number from Vodafone. Unfortunately they ported my Vodafone number to the data only sim card. It should have been ported to my new sim which was data, calls and texts. I have been chasing the Three support team for a resolution but 6 days on I still don’t have my old Vodafone number on my sim that includes calls. Today both the data only and the sim which has calls have had the mobile numbers changed to new random mobile numbers. So now my old Vodafone number is no longer attached to data only sim. But worryingly it’s not attached to my sim that includes calls either. Any idea what could be going on. Online chat simply say no updates when I ask and to check again in 24 hours.

Sadly not an awful lot you can do, Its up to the sevice providers to figure it out between them.
They have chosen the easiest route by giving you a new number without actually fixing the problem, all you can do is keep on at them until someone actually gets the settings correct.
