Hi everyone, looking for advice or escalation help.
I moved my number from Lebara to Three using a valid PAC. Lebara has confirmed the port-out completed and my Lebara SIM is now inactive. Three has told me the port-in failed due to a system error.
Result: my original number is now dead – no calls, no SMS, no verification codes. It seems to be “stranded” in the porting system: not with Lebara anymore and not attached to my Three SIM.
Lebara says they no longer host the number and cannot issue a new PAC. Three support keeps telling me to get a new PAC, which Lebara says is technically impossible.
I’ve raised a formal complaint and asked for escalation to the Number Portability / Porting Operations team for a port-rescue, but so far no fix.
Questions:
Has anyone had a failed port like this and got it rescued?
How long did port-rescue take once it reached the right team?
Any tips on getting past frontline scripts and into real technical escalation?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @KiraUK,
It's a shame to hear that your number transfer has become stuck and that you've not had clarity on its status yet.
How long ago was the transfer supposed to be completed?
What was the last update you had from the complaints team regarding the escalation to the porting team?
Thanks,
Michael
