So yet again I'm on here, maybe 1 day I'll get a response about how poor my internet speed is. Come 8pm every Friday speeds drop from 30mbps to, wait for it........................................................0.3mbps, how is this even legal to advertise as THE BEST NETWORK,  with THE BEST SPEEDS blah blah blah when its blatant that they are out and out lying and ripping people off? I stuck with 3 against my better judgement this month after being told things would improve,  surprise suprise it's just as poor, somebody needs to step in here and hold them accountable

Call 333 option 4 option 3 and option 3 to discuss your issue with tech support.

Done that so many times just to be spoon fed the same line off a standard reply sheet infront of 3's call centre staff, the company just keep lying to keep you onboard, nothing ever improves.
