Strangely on the last evening of my 30 day trial my broadband speed has dropped to almost non existent. It's been very good in the previous 29 days, coincidence or throttling? I ran numerous speed tests on at least 7 or 8 different sites and the results varied between  1 & 10mbps I'm told I'll get an average speed of 150mbps. Totally unacceptable. The router is on a window sil in direct line of site with the 5G tower 100m away. I want no excuses, I will cancel if you are in breach of our agreement, if you can not supply the agreed speed or even 50% of it then I will not pay for your service. I would urge everyone else who has the same issue to do the same. If three are selling a product which either can't achieve their claims or are deliberately throttling down the speeds to allow more people on to a network that can't cope, then that is fraudulent in my eyes.
