There is not Network connection 1 mile from city center. In my Post code area.

I made a contract 5 days ago. And nobody informed me that there are no conection in my post code. Now I can not cancele my contract bacause need to pay 520 pounds.
This is the worst mobile internet provider ever.
1,5 km from center and no connection.
I tried to call to customer cervice Indian guys talking with a very bad accent and they can not halp at all.

Hi, you need to check but I think that there is a 14-day cooling-off period. See here: Three’s Returns & Exchange Policy | Three

That's right it should be 14 days for phone/SIM only, and 30 days for Broadband.
If you've taken the contract in store the customer service team might need to direct you back to the place of purchase, or if it was a distance sale they should be able to help over the phone/chat.

Both of the replies from Geluk and sc1999 are trying to help. We don’t know what Three product you are having issues with and I echo the inference that it’s up to the prospective customer to check coverage.
