This is happening every month now and i am annoyed,
i topped up 15 and converted it to a data pack for the month setting an auto renewal when it comes to the expiry say on the 30th of april was this months expiry it’s now the 1 of may my renewal has not come out my texts and minuets are up but apparently only used half of my data so topped up 15 to convert to a new data pack to have calls and texts for another month as well as data but can’t convert as my data has not ran out, this monthly data packs should last the month and renew them selves this is happening all the time and i’m not happy with it and when i try to contact it never gets fixed, can someone help me please i’ve tried cancelling my data pack that has no mins or texts left but half the data but can’t seem to do so when you have work early in the morning and have half your data left but it doesn’t work because it’s expired what are you expected to do i’ve had enough of this
