when i try to log into the three app my screen goes blank, and when i try to log into the website you get the three blue circles to show it’s loading but nothings happening. I’ve read that alot of iphone users have struggled with this in the past week, i just wanted to know is there a fix for it

Hi i have just checked the my3 app again still getting a blank screen same with the three website browsers just 3 dots continuously rotating, nothing has changed at all i’m using my iphone 8

looks as if it's an issue with iOS lower than 16.

I’ll just add that i’m using an iphone 11 pro max, my girlfriend has a iphone 14 and the app seems to work on hers

I’ve had this for even longer !!! It’s driving me insane, I can’t check my payments, even had a late payment without knowing and it’s rly affecting my credit. Not to mention I have 1 bar in my own house? Wish I never went with three x

Hi lucy i think this three problem is getting bit out of hand now. everyone having same issue either with three app or website i personally have gone from full bar signal down to just 2 bars in my house from june onwards. Things not looking good at all. I think if three can’t fix this issue soon i can see alot people leaving three which means three will lose alot customers over this.
