Why cant i deposit to mrq casino using my phone credit...i been doing this for years..suddenly last month...i cannot do this anymore..its my money(credit).yet three is saying eres no restrictions on my account.its just an error.try again!..u gessed it.same happens everytime i try to deposit..please check i have enough to cover this...i have always had credit on my phone..always...three is wrong this time..and everytime.what can b done bout it.try again.is not the ans...my accout is restricted..but three is trying to hide this ffact

Same issue. I checked with MrQ and various other casino sites. There's nothing wrong on their end. It is Three. I currently have £50 in credit of my own money which they restricted and tent to use when my pack runs out on 29th January just like they did with my previous £40 last month. They failed to renew my 100GB pack and processed to use my balance,which I specifically saved for casino deposits. I couldn't use it at the time because they said I used my monthly limit, but then on the 1st of January I tried using my credit to deposit only to find out these bastards start using my £40 as normal rates even tho I had renewal plan set up. Total scammers. They know what they're doing. Like this guy 👇. " Saying" Gosh, it sounds like everything is in place". They playing stupid. Saying things like " try from another device". The device is fine. I just deposited using a different network provider. Worked fine on my device. PeteG obviously knows what's happening. " Oh, I wander what could be causing that? " This answer alone tells you that PeteG's main role is to give you every possible number of reasons for why this problem persists. The only real problem here is that there is "No Problem". Now that's a real problem... £50 in my balance. Or shall I say in their balance. I will be reporting this if not solved.

Have you tried resetting the network settings of the phone to see if that helps?

Sorry.if i not explain clearly..the three accounts people tell me threre are no restrictions on my account whatsoever,and the error is on the side of the casino..the error is not on the casino side..as tryed another casino..same happens.. it comes up transation declined..please make sure u have enough credit in your account.
Obviously i have always had credit in my account..even using the three app tells me i have credit in my acccount...the customer services (three)tells me money in my account...no reestrictions at all on my account..account is verified both on three and the casino concerned,this was all working for me for up2 last 3yrs..untill last month.

Gosh, it sounds like everything is in place for it to work, I'm not sure why it wouldn't.
The only other thing I can think of to check would be the phone. You could try the SIM in a different phone and see if the purchase can be made from that device. Outside of that, I'm a bit stumped 🤔

Oh, I wander what could be causing that. If you are certain you have credit to cover the cost, you should generally be able to use it. Have you checked in with the company that you are trying to use in case there's an issue on there end?
As this is a user forum for other Three users, no one here can access your Three account to check things like that. The team you were speaking to on chat or by phone would be the right team to check the account and share information or advice relating to that.
