Hello,
The phone that i use for backup seems to have it's phone number deactivated (and possibly deleted?) I'm unable to ring the number anymore. This device was used for 2 factor authentication to get into some accounts. I've read you need to top up every 6 months which has not occurred. I'm no longer able to top up the sim card.
Sim card is pay as you go.
Is it possible to get this number reactivated?

I'm having the same problem right now. Have you solved it yet?

Hi @secir,
I'd recommend getting this checked out with the PAYG customer services team to confirm the reason your number isn't working, but if this has been deactivated due to not being used for 6 months, we can't generally reactivate it.

You'll need to use CHAT for such queries.

You need to spend on a text/call once every 180 days to keep alive.

It's worth noting that i received a text on this device within the last week. So has only recently been deactivated.
