Not received my returns bag

I cancelled my 3 5G contract and have had my final bill confirming this.

no returns bag has arrived after several weeks and now I have been sent an email threatening to charge me £105 if it’s not returned.

how do I return it?

That's not great news. It normally arrives within 5 working days of being requested. I'd recommend reaching out to the support team to let them know you haven't received anything yet.
