Hi, I topped up this morning for £35 and I was charged once and the money was credited. However, as you can see a second credit occurred at the same time and instead of being labeled “customer service” it was labelled “self service kiosk”. I spoke with live chat who told me they had credited me it for from the back end. Has anyone else had this happen and what does “self service kiosk” mean? I am housebound so I’m a little concerned this transaction makes it look like I left my house when in fact I did not.

Just tested again by adding another £5 via the app and it’s doubled my credit again with an instant second credit from “self service kiosk”.
Double credit glitch? Live chat informed me it’s being done on the back end as a goodwill gesture. Not sure I believe this.

I had the same thing happen with a £10 top-up around the same time. Don't understand why this has happened.
