I need to pay my bill today and everytime i try to pog into the 3 ap it says there is an error tried to ring to do it could only speak to a robot even then asked for my details put them in and the robot ended the phone strange

We've received a few reports of issues logging into the Three App, and the relevant team are working on this as a priority. If you're still experiencing this issue, it looks like logging in from the https://three.co.uk on a browser is working fine.

You should be able to pay your bill and speak to an advisor over the phone not a robot. You should consider setting up a direct debit which would negate the faffing about youโre currently having to do and give you a ยฃ5 reduction on your bill just for paying by that method.
