i can't register my3 with new updated email

i have updated the email and trying to register my3 three app by using new email but it shows the error that you're already register. i have been stuck agent don't know anything thats really making no sense why is that happening

Welcome to the Three Community.

The number will be registered against the original email, if you reach out to our Customer Service team, we'll be able to delete the original email address from your account which will allow you to re-register with your new email address.
