5G HOME HUB ZYXEL NR5103EV2 ISSUES

hi i received my new 5g hub yesterday at 2pm , since then i have had nothing but issues regarding signal etc i have been on live chat 3 times and each time i get the same response that there is a issue in my area ) also was told to wait 24hrs for my sim to activate however it already is ive explained to them i would not be able to use the damm things internet if it was not already activated .!!

i also as told placed my hub in a window with no obstructions but still really poor signal  as pictured below . i have ran several speed tests each come back about 12mps or less each time 

i can bearly connect anything

can anyone help im litterally so frustrated
