Up until yesterday I've had relatively small issues. This though is pushing me over the edge. I have a ZTE MC801A providing me with 5G at between 150mbps but I've recorded up to 198mbps.
I discovered that on my Xbox my NAT type was set to strict because UPnP was disabled, so after a call to 3 and then being directed to ZTE I managed to get that enabled.
Before this though I was asked to Change my SSID and Password and when this did nothing to help me I asked how to revert it.
I was asked to use the tiny reset hole at the bottom of the device.
After the call to ZTE, I enabled the UPnP
I'm unsure if any of this is related but since this I keep getting disconnected. Usually every 2 hours or so. I contacted 3 again today and they said they can find nothing wrong and got me to reset the unit again.
I've just been kicked out mid game again and for the fourth time and yet again, lost all my progress and in a nutshell nearly 8 hours of progress mainly due to this particular game starting me from the beginning again each time.
I'm fuming and am hoping someone here can help me figure out what the hell is going wrong. Can UPnP be responsible for this kind of issue? And if so... What steps can I take to correct this. I need UPnP to be able to switch on my Xbox remotely to enable it to update
Many thanks in advance.
Sincerely
Woa

Hi I have issues with my Three branded version too, since late October. I discovered really after trying to add one of the new nr5301's that never connected to 5g. My Three is a back up for home and goes with me as I work away from home a lot. Its then I discovered a firmware update around that time. The ZTE now connects at 4g+ only rates, confirmed by a 4g+ device. Wifi isn't uptown much either, the nr5301 has gone back and now the Three branded unit is pointless, But a none branded MC801a works perfectly fine.
I am guessing Three has done something in the back ground to the firmwares of the devices as seeing issues with a lot of people saying there units are slowing down, or have wifi issues since around late October November.

Hello, this is a known issue, there seem to be quite a few people (including me) having similar issues. I haven't found a solution yet and will be ringing Three tomorrow to see what they can do.

I will add. I have 3 devices connected to my hub.
My mobile Phone, my laptop and my Xbox.
