Can't make calls any more on Huawei sim router

I used to make and receive calls on my Huawei sim router using the lan port. I can't anymore. Swapped sim card for different networks and all is fine. Any suggestions please.

NR 5103 5g hub won’t factory reset

I don't understand what you mean when it says broadband will go up at £2 a month. The way it's put that means every month surely that is wrong. Or that means it goes up by £24 a year.
