Hi received my mobile WiFi box this morning and set it all up but the internet light remains on red. Tried the sim in my three mobile and it’s not working on there either - do I need to contact three directly to get it activated?

When my mifi arrived last October it took three days for the sim to become active. To be fair there was a weekend involved. Remove the sim periodically and reboot the device occasionally. Once you have two green lights you’re good to go. In all probability it’ll activate shortly after 22.00 tonight which seems to be Three’s go to time.

Thanks hopefully it’ll work then, I was in touch with customer support and they couldn’t help. Have to send it to my daughter in the morning as it will be her full time internet so I hope it works!

My phone SIM came activated not sure about broadband SIM’s. I suggest you contact customer services here to confirm
